NATIONAL PARKs
The National Parks are more than big outdoor spaces, they’re also battlefields, monuments, and historic sites. Our static campaign blended expected national parks with places you might not have known were part of the NPS to convey that as different as these sites are, they are all connected under the mission of preserving our most treasured places. The Out of Home pieces won a silver Obie. These ran in print, transit and out of home, and were adapted into banners and social posts. They’re permanently sold in National Park stores and even won a silver Obie.
The campaign was built around redefining the word “Park” to mean something more relatable, accessible,
and personal than the impression many Americans held, hence the rallying cry “Find Your Park.”
Not too shabby of a plug. Sitting presidents don’t mention taglines often. Obama did 9 times.
